Mr. Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience in healthcare and business industries. Prior to forming Vanguard, he served as chairman, president and CEO of OrNda HealthCorp. Under his leadership, OrNda grew its revenue from $450 million to $3 billion in four years to become the nation’s third largest investor-owned hospital management company. His career also includes serving as president, director and COO of HealthTrust, a hospital company, as well as executive vice president and director of Hospital Corporation of America. He has also served as COO and director of General Care Corp.
