Xerox plans to integrate RSA Medical into its Commercial Healthcare Services business, which will help Xerox support payers in member engagement.
“With this acquisition, we will help health plans educate new enrollees about services available to them and close gaps in care when necessary,” said Kelly Rakowski, senior vice president of healthcare payer services at Xerox. “We’ll also provide payers with insights into population health trends and coordinate timely and personal clinical interventions for at-risk individuals and populations.”
Details of the transaction were not disclosed, and the final acquisition is pending customary closing conditions. It is expected to close in the third quarter of 2015.
