The department will provide strategic advice to WHO leadership regarding the agency’s goals of promoting health and wellbeing around the globe and suggest possible areas for intervention in the digital health landscape.
WHO is currently recruiting experts in various aspects of digital health to join the department and its technical advisory group. Nominations are open to any individual with a proven track record of excellence within the field of digital health, with a goal of having a fully formed roster of experts in time for an inaugural meeting in July 2019.
