The health system will expand its use of Artisight’s smart hospital platform, according to a Feb. 22 news release from WellSpan. This will extend Artisight’s platform, including remote nursing, remote observation and AI services, to hospital beds within the WellSpan Health system.

This expansion comes after a successful August 2023 pilot with a platform in which WellSpan’s surgery and rehabilitation hospital saw a 15% decrease in patient falls, 21% improvement in patient experience scores related to nurse communication and an 11% improvement in RN turnover, according to the release.
