VenueNext to combine Yale New Haven's mobile apps into single 'digital front door'

Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health tapped VenueNext as its systemwide technology platform to help consolidate the organization's multiple mobile apps into a single entry point.

VenueNext's platform will connect multiple Yale New Haven operational systems to an all-in-one mobile app that lets users access services in one place for a smoother experience. The app will tie together consumers, patients and visitors to health services and the various health information they need, including their personal health information on the Epic MyChart patient portal, online check-in and wait time transparency for Yale New Haven's urgent cares enabled by DocuTAP's Clockwise.MD and real-time feedback via Humm.

"This partnership with Yale New Haven Health marks our continued growth in the healthcare market with customers that are looking to provide patients and guests a mobile-first experience when visiting their hospitals," said John Paul, CEO and founder of VenueNext. "We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Yale New Haven Health to create a more cohesive mobile app experience that can make their patients' hospital visits less stressful while providing valuable data insights that can help the hospital improve its patient and guest satisfaction."
