US has most of the 5,711 blockchain-related jobs

Around the world, blockchain experts are in demand. Of the 5,711 blockchain-related jobs listed on Glassdoor, the U.S. holds more than half of them — 2,616, according to online trade publication CoinTelegraph.

The U.K. follows behind the U.S., holding 1,015 blockchain-related jobs. India has 257 blockchain jobs available.

Of the blockchain-related jobs available, blockchain engineer is the most commonly sought position. Other positions include senior software engineer and blockchain developer.

Large tech companies are actively searching for blockchain experts. IBM, which has launched various blockchain programs, has the most blockchain job postings, according to the report.

Ernst & Young, as well as Oracle, closely follow IBM in the search for blockchain experts.
