The NCT, a childbirth charity in the United Kingdom, notified 15,085 new and expectant mothers of a data breach related to the charity’s registration website. The breach compromised information including email addresses, usernames and passwords. The charity said no financial information was compromised, according to the report.
The exact nature of the breach, whether due to malware or an inside source, was not revealed in the report.
