University of Alabama at Birmingham Health System is deploying CipherHealth’s technology at its Medical West campus in Bessemer, Ala.
CipherHealth's platform gathers historical and self-reported patient to identify service issues in real time so caregivers can ensure patient satisfaction. It automates manual processes and integrates with the hospital's existing technologies.
UAB successfully launched the technology at its Birmingham campus. CipherHealth includes clients across 40 states.
"Our goal with this solution is to identify and resolve service issues more quickly and use the analytics to help us predict and prevent issues from even occurring in the future," said Keith Pennington, CEO of Medical West. "The CipherHealth solution will eliminate many of the manual steps that were required to identify, communicate and resolve issues in the past."
