Terry Halvorsen officially assumes CIO role at DoD

Terry Halvorsen has officially become the Department of Defense’s permanent CIO after serving as acting CIO for approximately one year, according to Defense One.

Mr. Halvorsen previously served as CIO of the U.S. Navy. He became acting CIO of the DoD following the departure of Teri Takai.
