Vida Health raises $30M: 3 things to know

Vida Health, a telehealth platform for physical and behavioral health, secured $30 million in funding toward its technology treatment initiatives for chronic disease.

Three things to know:

1. Vida Health will apply the funds to expand its national coaching and therapy network, which is made up of nutritionists, nurses, licensed therapists and diabetes educators, among others.

2. Teladoc Health is an investor in Vida Health and participated in the recent fundraising round.

3. The company also has a virtual care platform for individuals with conditions including anxiety, depression and hypertension.
