Zipnosis helps healthcare organizations launch virtual care services staffed by their clinicians. The company’s platform allows providers to treat patients for common health conditions via smartphones, tablets or computers.

Vanguard eCare enables providers to diagnose and treat patients after examining symptom and health history information entered by patients during a brief online interview. They also briefly speak with the patients.

“There is a growing need for more convenient access to care among our patients and other residents of Northern New Jersey. With a mission to make healthcare accessible and affordable, Vanguard believes responding to this need is an organizational imperative,” said Thomas McCarrick, MD, CMO and chief medical informatics officer at Vanguard.

Vanguard Medical Group currently includes seven locations.
