HGE Health’s past programs have focused on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung transplant patients. HGE Health enables patients to track and share their vital signs via a smartphone app to help their physician stay up to date on their care status each day.

The goal of the telehealth program is to improve patient safety, by enabling a physician and patient to stay in touch and determine treatment changes as needed.
