Teladoc names new CFO

Teladoc Health appointed Michael Grasher as CFO, effective Aug. 31. 

Mr. Grasher brings more than three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, including more than 12 years in CFO roles at public and privately held companies, according to an Aug. 31 news release from the virtual care company.

He most recently served as CFO of IFG Companies, a privately held property-casualty insurer, where he oversaw financial reporting, planning and analysis, and treasury management.

Before IFG, Mr. Grasher spent nearly a decade as CFO and executive vice president of Fortegra, a global specialty insurer, managing financial governance across its U.S. and European operations, according to the release. 

Mr. Grasher succeeds Mala Murthy, who stepped down from her role on Nov. 21, 2025, to pursue an opportunity outside the healthcare industry.
