For this collaboration, Teladoc will integrate its app with Kinsa’s Smart Thermometer. The Teladoc platform will detect the Kinsa app on a user’s mobile phone and offer the option to import up to 10 days of temperature readings. The temperature data is then combined with the Teladoc physician’s view of the user’s health record.
The goal of this partnership is to provide physicians with comprehensive data to inform diagnoses such as bacterial and viral conditions.
