Veta replaces Parkview’s current telehealth services. The company’s multi-year agreement with Parkview includes a plan to integrate telehealth services into the Epic EHR system, according to a Nov. 1 Veta news release shared with Becker’s.
Initially, Veta’s telehealth and remote monitoring services will focus on patients who are at risk of readmission.
“A strong virtual care offering is essential to how we best serve our post-acute and chronically-ill patients who are most at risk,” Maximilian Maile, Parkview’s senior vice President of Digital Health, said in the release. “We selected Veta Health due to its flexible, user-friendly technology and easy-to-use interfaces to help us effectively deliver on our mission to ensure that our patients receive the best care anytime, anywhere.”
