GraniteOne Health implements tele-stroke programs at 2 hospitals

Manchester, N.H.-based GraniteOne Health is launching tele-stroke services at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, N.H., and Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, N.H., according to a Conway Daily Sun report.

The new service will enable physicians at the hospitals to conduct remote consultations with neurologists and stroke specialists in real time via audio and video technology.

Huggins and Monadnock hospitals will be linking to the same neurologists that GraniteOne Health’s Catholic Medical Center in Manchester partners with for its telestroke program. GraniteOne Health is a three-hospital system.
