2. Most recently, he was executive vice president of sales and marketing for Entic, a cloud-based platform that analyzed and optimized energy consumption in healthcare facilities.
3. He also previously served as president and CEO of Consult A Doctor, a cloud-based technology and services provider.
4. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Karabees is a co-founder and director of the Miami Innovation Fund.
