Through the partnership, a Dartmouth-Hitchcock neonatologist will use telemedicine technology to virtually connect with Littleton Regional Healthcare providers and offer neonatal care and support for various diagnoses.

Tele-ICN allows Dartmouth-Hitchcock to perform 24/7, real-time assessments and treatment recommendations and has been shown to reduce hospital transfers, according to a news release emailed to Becker’s Hospital Review.
