Patients can log on to submit questions to their primary care physicians regarding certain non-emergency, acute medical conditions, including coughs and bronchitis, nausea, pink eye and urinary tract infections.
Physicians will respond to patient submissions within 4 to 6 hours during normal business hours. If a physician deems it necessary, the patient may be asked to schedule an in-person appointment.
eVisits cost $35 as a flat rate and will be charged after the physician provides the patient with a diagnosis or recommendation.
