SPH, based in Alpharetta, Ga., offers a software called Orchestrate Suite, which includes a population management, clinical insight and quality tracking tool. SPH is a member of the Symphony Technology Group, a private equity firm that focuses on software-as-a-service companies.

Iron Bridge Integration’s Nuvola Hub, a cloud-based HIE, is a platform-as-a-service for healthcare information, allowing users to choose which features they need and only pay for those features. Nuvola Hub connects to more than 30 EHR systems, according to Iron Bridge Integration’s website.

“The partnership with Iron Bridge facilitates seamless integration of most, if not all, web-based practice management systems and EMRs into our action analytics,” said Al Vega, CEO of Symphony Performance Health. “This translates into added value for our customers, by streamlining the implementation process for payers and providers.”
