The findings show reps selling health IT/software earn:
● Total compensation: $176,012 (compared to $147,424 on average)
● Total bonus: $68,157 (compared to $53,405 on average)
● Total base salary: $108,750 (compared to $95,791 on average)
Reps selling biotechnology are also among the top earners in the medical sales field:
● Total compensation: $162,544
● Total bonus: $47,250
● Total base salary: $115,545
