Here are three things to know.
1. SCA will implement HSTpathways’ cloud-hosted ASC software solution across all of its facilities, some of which already use HSTpathways, according to a news release. The implementation process is expected to occur over the next year.
2. The software supports a myriad of services, including surgical scheduling, inventory management, EHR clinical workflows and medical coding, among others.
3. Commenting on the agreement, Lachlan Tidmarsh, CIO of SCA, said: “We want to provide our affiliated facilities with best-in-class technology products to support efficient and scalable operations. We see HSTpathways as the anchor of that technology tool set.”
