Stratasan unveils software to help strengthen population health initiatives

Stratasan, a provider of software tools and specialized services, introduced a new intelligence platform for population health data, called Launch Pathway.

Launch Pathway interprets and delivers reports on market data. It enables users to learn where healthcare market volume is increasing or decreasing as well as the drivers influencing major health issues. The platform offers users insight into health data, trends and statistics.

"Launch Pathway removes the common roadblocks related to data overload and equips healthcare executives with straightforward market data visualizations that will lead to organization-wide alignment around solutions," said Jason Moore, Founder and CEO, Stratasan.

Stratasan works with more than 700 hospitals across 40 states to enhance data analysis and growth using technology.
