The Abacus eBlood Pressure Program is designed to help reduce claims in one of the hospital’s most expensive medical claims categories. Blood pressure readings will be collected and reviewed by a clinical team to make treatment decisions and support as needed. The hospital will encourage employees to participate in the program by offering feedback and cash incentives for self-monitoring of blood pressure.
The program was created in part with funding from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
