Health Outcomes Worldwide’s point-of-care platform “how2trak Wound Care” will be integrated into SigmaCare’s EHR. The wound care platform provides input regarding pressure injury prevention, early-stage injury health and additional information about chronic wounds, like diabetic foot ulcers, surgical incisions and burns. Health Outcomes Worldwide says how2trak clients have seen improvements in wound healing times, prevalence rates and treatment costs.
SigmaCare’s EHR also includes tools to manage revenue cycle and customer relationships.
