With this partnership, Siemens Healthineers plans to focus on interface development, application development and data management. The company will deliver open connectivity for more than 100 point-of-care instruments to increased access to data from instruments across major manufacturers. This will help healthcare providers to improve risk management, according to Siemens Healthineers, by allowing them to leverage informatics with instrument and patient data.

Conworx Technology GmbH’s 75 employees will become part of a new Siemens Healthineers Point of Care Informatics team. The team will be led by Roman Rosenkranz, the current CEO of Conworx Technology GmbH.
