Santa Fe Family Health reports stolen data

Santa Fe (N.M.) Family Health Center has reported a data breach after the clinic office was burglarized, according to a Santa Fe New Mexican report.

Someone entered the clinic at around 3:00 a.m. July 14 and stole voice-recorded files and cash and checks from the safe, according to the report. No credit card information was stolen. The report does not indicate what personal information was compromised.

The breach affects patients who visited the office between June 30 and July 13.
