Salus Telehealth offers a complete and comprehensive telehealth platform and equipment resources to its customers, while VideoMedicine is a mobile, free-market physician network.

Paula Guy is the CEO of the newly formed organization and Jeffrey Kesler, PsyD, is the new COO. Salus Telehealth will include offices in Waycross, Ga., and Chicago.
The merger will add 50 to 100 new jobs over the next two years, according to WJH News.
