VenueNext focuses on optimizing customer experience in venues; for example, its mobile platform has been used to improve guest experience at professional sports and entertainment events. With this collaboration with St. Luke's, VenueNext will consolidate the health system's existing mobile apps into one central application for patients and visitors.
This singular app will enable patients to navigate the hospital, access telehealth services and manage their health information through the Epic MyChart patient portal.
