Ms. Horoho was the first woman and first nurse to serve as Army Surgeon General. She also commanded the U.S. Army Medical Command, an integrated healthcare organization that provides services to 3.9 million active and retired military personnel and their families.
Ms. Horoho will align Optum’s health IT, operations and data analytics capabilities to develop products that support the health needs of military personnel, veterans and their families.
