The contracts are with a wound care practice, two physician practices and two home health companies. The new contracts will serve patients in Kentucky, California, Florida, Nevada and Texas, according to the Aug. 19 Reliq Health news release.
The expansion is part of Reliq Health’s goal to onboard 100,000 patients before the end of 2022.
