Through the acquisition, MEA|NEA aims to create a single, integrated platform for secure health information exchange and communication between providers, payers and patients.
“Together, our solutions will enable clients to more effectively manage critical patient information that typically resides outside the electronic health record, closing the gaps in documentation and improving the continuum of care through a fully accessible patient record,” said Lindy Benton, president and CEO of MEA|NEA.
The combined companies provide services to more than 1 million customers.
