Prime Healthcare deploys OpenText

Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare implemented OpenText solutions across its network.

The health system added OpenText RightFax as well as OpenText RightFax Connect, which will give caregivers access to a hybrid fax solution that enables cloud-based fax delivery. Using hybrid fax solutions providese secure transmission of necessary information with the hospital system.

“In addition to simplicity, efficiency, and savings, hybrid faxing with RightFax Connect’s content is encrypted at rest and in transit,” said Will Conaway, Prime Healthcare’s CIO.

Prime Healthcare, a nonprofit health system, operates 45 acute care hospitals in 14 states and includes nearly 40,000 employees.
