Mr. Anderson began his new position June 27. He took over duties for Keith Figlioli, who resigned from his position as senior vice president of healthcare informatics.
Mr. Anderson joined Premier in 2013 as COO for information and technology services. He previously held lead informatics roles at Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America, Global Healthcare Exchange and AT&T.
