Pikeville Medical Center to implement OpenVista EHR

Pikeville (Ky.) Medical Center, a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, has selected Medsphere System’s OpenVista EHR.

The OpenVista EHR will be rolled out in the hospital, as well as its seven outpatient facilities.

“Our due diligence process included a number of EHR vendors, and in OpenVista we found the optimal combination of proven functionality and affordability,” said Walter May, president and CEO of Pikeville Medical Center.
