Phoebe Putney to go live on MEDITECH EHR today

The EHR go-live process at Albany, Ga.-based Phoebe Putney Health System has begun. Today, the health system is getting its new MEDITECH EHR up and running, according to an Albany Herald report.

Hospital officials told the Herald the implementation was going smoothly so far. The health system is still hosting training classes for employees who will be using the new EHR platform. Additionally, Phoebe Putney has established a 24/7 command center at each campus to provide additional support, according to the report.
