Philips expands Tasy EMR to European market

Royal Philips will introduce its Tasy EMR into the European market through an agreement with KrankenHaus Düren, a public hospital in Germany.

Tasy provides users with an integrated platform for all medical, organizational and administrative processes, such as financial management, room scheduling and supply management. Philips will co-design an enterprisewide Tasy pilot at the hospital, which treats 70,000 patients annually.

Philips has already launched Tasy in the Latin American EMR market, with implementations in Brazil and Mexico.
