PerfectServe, a provider of cloud-based clinical communication and collaboration solutions, acquired Telmediq, a secure communications platform vendor.
Telmediq, which is deployed across 300 healthcare organizations, offers call center services, nurse mobility, advanced alert and alarm management capabilities as well as mass notification functionality.
PerfectServe's secure platform, with scalable cloud-based architecture, leverages advancements in mobility, artificial intelligence and analytics to improve scheduling and automate communication-focused workflows.
The companies will support both their proprietary solutions, combining and integrating complementary features across the systems. Together, PerfectServe and Telmediq have 500,000-plus clinical users across 250 hospital sites and 27,000 physician practices and post-acute care facilities.
