Josh Pitcock, Vice President Mike Pence's former chief of staff and aide, is taking a position with tech giant Oracle based in Redwood City, Calif., according to Politico.
Mr. Pitcock served as senior policy adviser to Mr. Pence throughout the 2016 presidential campaign and transition. He was then brought on as Mr. Pence's chief of staff. However, he left the White House Aug. 1 after working with Mr. Pence for nearly 12 years, including the time he was governor of Indiana. After his departure, Republican Nick Ayers filled in as the vice president's chief of staff.
At Oracle, Mr. Pitcock will serve as the vice president of government affairs.
