Oracle, which provides cloud computing services to healthcare organizations such as Cleveland Clinic, UW Health and more, will fill roles in software development, cloud operations and business operations. The company is in the process of expanding its cloud infrastructure portfolio to both include several new product offerings and reach a total of 36 regions globally by the end of 2020.

“Cloud is still in its early days, with less than 20 percent penetration today, and enterprises are just beginning to use cloud for mission-critical workloads,” Don Johnson, executive vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, said in a release. “Our aggressive hiring and growth plans are mapped to meet the needs of our customers, providing them reliability, high performance and robust security as they continue to move to the cloud.”
