American Rheumatology Network launches real-time patient database

American Rheumatology Network teamed up with Trio Health, a healthcare data tracking platform, to combine pharmacy dispensing data with EHRs in a single database.

The new database comprises more than 75,000 patient records within ARN's national network. ARN is a physician-operated and owned organization that provides technology and supports independent rheumatology practices across the U.S.

The Trio Health-ARN registry captures real-time, patient-level data from the time of prescription to pharmacy dispensation. With 75,000 patient records, the database is also able to analyze adverse patient events and support population health research with real-world safety events versus voluntary reporting of safety events.
