Dyn services New York-based Pfizer, Los Gatos, Calif-based Netflix and San Francisco-based Twitter. Oracle said Dyn’s platform will improve its cloud customers’ access and page-load speeds by using Dyn’s internet performance information, according to the report.
Dyn was targeted by high-profile cyber attacks in October, affecting some of its clients’ web operations.
Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
