One Health and healthPrecision collaborate on AI platform

One Health, an independent primary care provider, has partnered with healthPrecision to deliver a new care model, Modern Primary Care, to 100,000 patients using the Medical Brain AI Clinical Assistant.

This collaboration represents a shift in healthcare delivery through the blending of advanced AI technology with traditional primary care to enhance patient experiences and outcomes, according to a joint news release. It aims to transform primary care by using AI to provide personalized clinical support and real-time care coordination.

“We’re confident that Modern Primary Care will restore the joy of medicine for providers by ensuring they can focus on connecting with and providing the highest quality of care for patients,” One Health Co-CEO Ehab Sharawy, MD, said in the release.
