The ONC released a separate guide for each certification criterion. By breaking down each criterion as such, the ONC hopes the guides will allow developers to spend more time focused on actual product development.
Additionally, the ONC plans to publish 2015 Edition test procedures for comment. Comments on the test procedures will be online and visible to all.
