The FreeSytle Libre system is a sensor that patients with type 2 diabetes wear on the back of their upper arm. With the Omada Health partnership, patients will be able to scan the sensor with their smartphone to get real-time glucose readings every minute.
Users can track their progress and receive proactive, tailored recommendations from an assigned certified diabetes educator that coaches through online charts in Omada Health’s app.
Omada Health will offer the integrated solution to employers and health plans.
