OCHIN launches data aggregation system Acuere

OCHIN, a nonprofit health IT, research and data innovation organization, launched Acuere, a real-time data aggregation system that includes information on clinical, claims and social determinants for more than 10 million patients.

The Acuere system is a web-based platform that integrates with existing electronic health records, claims and other information systems. It also offers customizable dashboards and allows organizations to drill down into data. Acuere includes integrated data from claims systems as well as most of the major EHR vendors, such as Epic and Centricity.

OCHIN is one of the largest health information and innovation networks in the country, serving over 170 organizations.
