The criminal cyberattack may have affected individual data, such as names, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, dates of birth and other personal information. ATC is providing notice of the attack because it cannot establish which individuals’ data could have been accessed or acquired, according to a July 1 press release.
ATC is unaware of the misuse of any information gathered by the attackers. ATC has sent written notice to all potentially affected individuals for which ATC could confirm address information.
