Through the partnership, North Shore-LIJ and Newport Health will further develop and commercialize Newport Health’s population and network management platform Health Connect.
The health system and Newport Health will develop a new company to develop and implement the platform at other hospitals within the North Shore-LIJ network and in third-party hospitals.
