CareNarrative, produced by Orlando, Fla.-based HealthGrid, allows clinicians to exchange information securely from any smartphone or tablet, including a summary of care record and other discrete patient information. The partnership also includes CareNotify, a HealthGrid product that sends patient schedules, medication lists, nutritional updates and other relevant education content to patients and their families, according to a news release.

The implementation of the platform allows clinicians across both systems to communicate more efficiently, saving time and costs as well as complying with meaningful use stage 2 requirements, according to the news release.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
