The six companies are:
- Dorsata, a web-based program developer that enables clinicians to create, review and access care paths;
- Parable, a tele-monitoring mobile platform that allows providers to remotely monitor post-surgical patients;
- iVEDiX, a platform that enables users to aggregate information and create data visualizations;
- TelaDietitian, which creates custom meal plans for clinicians to give to patients via a smartphone app;
- OffTheScale, a healthcare management system that includes activity tracking and other protocol to reverse the progression of chronic disease and;
- Wellth, which works to provide patients with evidence-based care options while promoting healthy habits.
During the demo day, the companies were able to secure $3 million in funding overall and finalized 14 pilot agreements.
